Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery
Oral surgery involves surgical procedures involving the exfoliation of the associated lesions seen in the teeth, jaw bone, sinuses, gums and mouth mucosa. Surgical treatments that we routinely apply in our clinic are implanting applications, extraction of worn and buried teeth, apical resection, root resection, cyst operations, raising the sinus base, fracture treatment, bone ointment and graft applications, vestibular deepening, gum laughing line arrangement. These applications are performed under local anesthesia after obtaining a biopsy from the relevant area if necessary from a clinical and radiographic examination of the area. After about 7-10 days, the sutures in the area are taken in a short time and the patients are called to the controls with certain periods.
It is a part of the treatment and diagnosis of all kinds of discomfort that concerns soft tissue (cheek, palate, tongue, lips) and hard tissues (teeth, bones) in the mouth cavity by performing operations in the operating room under local anesthesia, general anesthesia or sedation anaesthesia.
